Your body can breathe correctly or incorrectly. Breathing is not a skill that you can learn by understanding and then applying it to your body. Your breathing depends on your tensions. Your body can store many tensions connected with breathing and stop breathing correctly.

When your body is not breathing correctly, you do not have enough oxygen. At first, it influences your circulation and heart, and later, it affects your digestion and all internal organs.

When you relax your breathing patterns and provide oxygen back to your body, you will see improvement in these areas:

  • anxiety
  • tiredness
  • visceral pain causing headaches and lower back pain
  • digestion
  • thinking patterns

During this course, you will learn how to relax your breathing patterns and oxygenate your body. This course is based on relaxation. You will not be correcting or forcing your breathing apparatus with your mind.

During this course, you will receive two recorded BodyMarc Sessions for practicing at home and two talks with an explanation on how to practice and deeper knowledge about relaxation and breathing patterns.
