Under Stress: BodyMarc Course
Stress is bad and can do a lot of damage. But it is you who decide how much damage stress will do in your life. You can control how much stress will influence you, your health, and your family. You need only two things: allow yourself to control stress and know the tools. I will give you the tools your job is to allow yourself to feel good even when things around you go bad.

- Relaxation can stop bad things from spreading in your life.

- You will better support yourself and your family when you are healthy, in a good mood, and relaxed.
- It is for you, even if you have never tried relaxation or BodyMarc.
- You will learn what stress is and how to stop it, even when everybody around you goes nuts.
- You will learn what fear and panic attacks are, and you will be able to help yourself and your family.
During this course, we will have two sessions. The first session will be about stress. You will learn how bad news can influence your body and how to stop it. You will receive from me recording with the BodyMarc session to stop all the stress coming to you from the outside. It feels very good.
The second session will be about fear and panic attacks. You will learn how it is possible that we feel REAL fear when we see something on the television. You will learn how to stop it. You will receive from me recording with the BodyMarc session to stop spreading fear in your body. You will also learn what panic attacks are and how you can help yourself and your family members. You will also learn how to stay calm in difficult situations like meetings, exams, travel by plane, etc.
